Non English Speakers
For our non English speaking patients we can arrange interpreters for your routine appointments with the GP or Nurse
In order to book an interpreter we will need at least 3 working days notice to make sure there is an interpreter available. Please ask the receptionist at the time of booking your appointment.
Unfortunately we cannot provide interpreters for emergency 'on the day' appointments

Deaf, Partially Hearing, Blind, Partially Sighted
For our patients who are deaf or partially hearing we can arrange for a representative from Action on Hearing Loss to attend your appointment to assist with sign language. We also have a hearing loop available in the surgery.
